Are you hell-bent on starting 2021 as you mean to go on??

After the success of The 8 Week Shred Challenge in September 2020 (transformations below!) I couldn't resist putting together a challenge for people to get their teeth stuck into as we head into 2021...

 

28 days isn't long but here is what you can expect to achieve during the challenge...

  • A decrease in body fat...

  • More energy than ever before...

  • An increase in strength...

  • A better knowledge of strength training and the progressive overload principle...

  • Complete mastery in the flexible nutrition principle that I promote...

  • An understanding of the importance of recovery...

  • An increase in motivation, discipline, confidence and mood...

'Strength training?!'.... I hear you ask.... 'but I don't want to bulk, I want to lose fat!'

Contrary to the myth, lifting weights alone won't make you 'massive' and strength training can be even more effective to burn body fat than doing excessive amounts of cardio...

 

Trust me when I say that you WILL achieve a more defined and toned body...

 

How? 

This is done by pairing a structured training program, focusing on progressive overload, alongside a sensible calorie and macro plan utilising a flexible nutrition principle to avoid falling off plan. These methods working with recovery optimisation really can help you torch that unwanted body fat, whilst building lean muscle. This results in a more defined and toned (not massive!) body composition... 

Now I'm not going to promise you the earth and tell you that you will achieve your dream physique in less than a month...

 

However...

 

This program will get you some incredible initial results and give you the tools that you need to continue implementing these methods long after the 28 days is over, so you can keep working towards your goals and achieve that dream body in 2021...

Finally, you may be thinking, is this program going to work for me...?

Regardless of your age, gender, build and experience, this program is suitable for all and you will be given all of the tools required to make this 28 day challenge a success for you....

In regards to the training programs, there will be 3 options in which you can choose from (or flit between)...

1. A gym based program

2. A home based dumbbell program... (20kg-40kg dumbbells recommended)

3. A bodyweight program (no equipment needed)

All three of these programs we will be getting fitter, leaner and stronger, with the progressive overload principle...
